Characteristics:
- A double block and bleed function is often created by using two separate valves and a spool pipe with a drain, taking up a lot of space and weight as well as high maintenance costs.
- The Total Valve Control DEPV has an integrated DIB function in one body with a compact design and less moving parts, resulting in less maintenance, a longer lifetime and much lower operational costs for the end user.
- Our DEPV’s operate without any friction or contact between seals and seating area while maintaining 100% tight shut-off, sealing in both directions.
- Top and bottom access makes inline inspection and maintenance possible, no special tools required.
- Due to the backseat design it is possible to renew the stem packing while the valve is pressurized.
- The DEPV is non-lubricated.
